Noodle baby

Noodlebaby #2 is a concept inspired by the traditional cart noodle (車仔麵) culture of Hong Kong, which began in the 1950s. These street vendors provided affordable, customizable noodle dishes where customers could pick and mix their toppings. Similar to a noodle-focused SUBWAY, the toppings are braised and marinated in the same flavorful broth used to prepare the noodles.
This project seeks to offer an egalitarian dining experience that not only reflects my personal identity but also fosters guest interaction in a fun and engaging way. As part of the experience, diners will receive personality test results based on their order once they complete their meal.
